Star Gate Hotel Kansai Airport

room was very big and spacious, views were amazing, breakfast spread was good with a lot of variety and generally all quite tasty. location was good too, since there is rinku town right opposite to do more shopping at the outlet. a lot of food options at rinku town, though the walk from the hotel to the town was longer than i expected. convenient stopover before catching your flight for last-minute shopping.

Even though the airport was just a station away, the hotel provided airport shuttle which is very convenient. The room was also really spacious compared to other hotels that I've been in, though it was a twin room. I think they didn't have single rooms which would have been better for a tight budget.

It is just one station from Kansai airport. Within the room we stay, it is comfortable enough for 3 people that can open all our luggage at the same time. The room is clean, facilities are enough, amenities are good. Bath tube is big to lay down and relax from our long flight. The beds are comfy and sheets are clean. Breakfast is good with the great view on 54th floor. The location is quiet match our expectation, we can walk to supermarket nearby at the evening and we can take a walk to garden in the morning. We can easily roll our big luggage from Rinku station to the hotel, the path is almost flat.

The hotel is in an exceptional location, basically attached to the side of the train terminal so you don't have to go anywhere, direct access to the shopping precinct next door and restaurants. We were on the 41st floor and the view was absolutely amazing, we booked an extra night so that we could stay right up to the last minute, nap, shower and pack before training across to the airport for our 10pm flight. The hotel has a beautiful foyer and elevators. The rooms are massive so plenty of room to spread luggage out. They kindly allowed us to check in a smidge early as we had a 3 month old baby who was making it known he wanted a nap, so they let us in our room early to be able to settle him.

This is an amazing hotel interms of price, comfort and convenience. We checked in for the last night of our holiday as it was conveniently located close to railway station and airport. Its an amazing hotel . Our corner room on 33rd floor had fantastic views of the bay, airport and city. We arrived early and hotel arranged storage of our bags till check in time. The room was the most spacious I have ever stayed in Japan even for our party of 4. Plenty of room to open bags and One nice touch was that toilet and shower were separate adding to convenience. The beds were super comfy. Wifi was excellent. Its directly connected to Rinku town railway station. Lots of eating choices in the nearby Seacle mall also directly linked to hotel. Next time, I would stay in this hotel rather than staying in Osaka city. Great value for money and unbeatable comfort.
